After 30 years as a police officer in London and Hampshire, Neill brings more than 35 years of driving experience to the Home James team.
His calm and conscientious style was demonstrated with his four children, who each confidently passed their driving tests on the first attempt. Three of whom had lessons with Home James. Neill now utilises his experience to teach a new generation of drivers.
Based near Lymington, in his spare time Neill enjoys reading, walking his dog in the New Forest and spending time with family and friends.
